Hey (04.07.10)

It's been a while and I've not long ago broke up from university, and took a couple of weeks off to relax. :P Just stopping by to let you know that I'm getting back into the swing of things and this site is still very much alive.

Hopefully the chosen story will be completed soon, with a few short stories on the way. :)

Until then, I thank you for your patience and continual visit to this site. :)

Thanks,
Annie x

A new standalong story is up. :)

I've also added a link on the stories page so you can just jump to the "Your Fiction" section. ;)

Also, don't forget to vote. :) Thank you to those who have already.

Choose A Story (25.04.10)

Hey everyone,

At the moment I have a few on going stories, which I'm working on. However I'd rather just focus on completing one so let me know which of these you'd like to read first?

Either leave a comment with the story number, or vote using the poll below. :) Thank you.

Update! (14.02.10)

Hello!

Would you believe it? I have an update. It's a quick one I just typed up. Head over to the story section and scroll down to My Funny Valentine.

Hope you enjoy it. :)

To all students from America

I'm working on a story and there's a lot of in depth research going on. Didn't realise just how different your education system works.

Anyway, I was just wondering how your secondary school works. Please help answer the following questions. Your answers will help me a lot. :)

Okay...

  1. How does the grading system work in high schools?
  2. What subjects are taken when your 15-16 years old?
  3. Are there optional subjects?
  4. Does your timetable repeat on a weekly basis, and continue on until the end of the year?
  5. How does the honour role(?)/classes(?) work?
  6. Do television programmes/films give a real interpretation on the social aspects of high schools?
  7. What in-school, out-of-school activites are available?
  8. Does any one know if there is a different process for international students to enroll?

Sorry, I know the questions may seem stupid but doing research isn't giving me much to go by and we all know things can be a little off beat on screen. Thanks in advance. :)
